Aiphone BG-10C All Call/Chime Adapter with Amplifier

The BG-10C is an all-call and door chime adapter for Aiphone LEF-C and LEF-10S analog intercom systems. It adds broadcast capability and background music functionality to distributed master stations without requiring separate speaker amplifiers at each location. Power draw is 100mA — negligible on standard intercom power supplies.

Compatibility

Works with LEF-1C, LEF-3C, LEF-5C, LEF-10C, and LEF-10S master stations. All-call transmission and reception are supported across any compatible LEF master. The unit accepts auxiliary background music input on RCA connectors (AUX R/E and AUX L/E), allowing you to integrate music or tones from external sources — a tuner, smartphone preamp, or building PA system.

Installation Notes

Wiring from BG-10C to LEF-10C requires up to 19 conductors (use Aiphone cable #822220). To each LE-D or LE-DA sub-station, run 3-wire connections (use Aiphone cable #822203). The unit provides independent music and chime selector switches per station plus dedicated controls for all-call pre-tone, speech volume, chime volume, bass, and treble — integration points you'll configure during commissioning to match your building's paging and alert protocol.
