The PMAX-0533 is a pole-mounted bracket designed to elevate ACTi A310 and A311 fixed dome cameras on standard utility poles or cylindrical structures. This accessory solves the installation problem of deploying 2MP surveillance cameras at height without a wall or ceiling—critical for perimeter monitoring, parking lot coverage, and facility entrance points where pole vantage points are the only viable option. The mount integrates directly with PoE-powered dome cameras, eliminating the need for separate power conditioning at height.
Compatibility
The PMAX-0533 is engineered specifically for ACTi A310 and A311 dome cameras. Both models are PoE-powered (802.3af), so installation requires only a single Ethernet run to the pole location—no auxiliary power supply, no conduit for separate cable. The mount integrates with ONVIF-compliant video management systems and PoE-capable network switches, removing vendor lock-in risk on the VMS side.
Installation Notes
Pole mounting requires secure mechanical fastening to a cylindrical pole or mast, typically 1.5 to 2.5 inches in diameter depending on site conditions.
