Description

Vertiv ITA2LI-08KRT2085UN UPS

Overview

The Vertiv 8kVA ITA2LI-08KRT2085UN is a lithium-ion battery-based uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to provide clean, reliable power to critical IT infrastructure. Its compact form factor and advanced battery technology make it suitable for rack-mount deployments in server rooms, network closets, and edge computing environments where consistent power is paramount. The integrated network card enables remote monitoring and management, allowing you to track power status, battery health, and receive alerts without physical presence. This unit is engineered to protect sensitive equipment from power fluctuations, outages, and surges, ensuring operational continuity.

Compatibility

This UPS is designed to integrate with standard IT rack infrastructure. It is compatible with a wide range of IT equipment, including servers, network switches, storage devices, and other critical components typically found in enterprise data centers and network closets. The network card supports standard SNMP protocols for integration with most network management systems (NMS) and video management systems (VMS) that monitor power devices. It is intended for use with equipment requiring up to 8kVA of power capacity.

Installation Notes

Installation requires a standard 208V/240V power input connection. Ensure the UPS is installed in a stable, temperature-controlled environment, ideally within its operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Proper ventilation is critical to prevent overheating. The unit is designed for rack mounting using standard 19-inch rack rails. Ensure sufficient clearance for airflow and access to the front and rear panels. The network card requires an Ethernet connection and configuration of an IP address for remote management.
