The Panduit UTP28SP7YL is a 7-foot, yellow, 28 AWG UTP patch cord designed for high-density network deployments. Its compact diameter simplifies cable management in crowded racks, while the patented tangle-free latch ensures secure connections and easy release during moves, adds, or changes. Pre-installed RapidID barcodes streamline port mapping and network documentation, reducing troubleshooting time. This cord supports IEEE 802.3bt PoE applications, ensuring sufficient power delivery for connected devices without compromising network performance.

Compatibility

This Cat 6 UTP patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6 and ISO 11801 Class E standards up to 250 MHz. It is compatible with Ethernet 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T (Fast Ethernet), 1000BASE-T (Gigabit Ethernet), and 10GBASE-T over limited distances as specified by industry standards. It also supports ATM and Token Ring applications. The cord is wired for compatibility with both T568A and T568B wiring schemes, offering flexibility in installation. It supports IEEE 802.3af/802.3at and 802.3bt type 3 and type 4 PoE applications.
