Overview
The Altronix NETWAY4EBTX3 is a high-power, 4-port PoE injector switch designed to deliver up to 360W of total power to multiple network devices. This unit is specifically engineered for surveillance applications where devices such as high-megapixel cameras, PTZ cameras, or network video recorders require substantial and reliable power delivery. It simplifies installation by consolidating power and data for up to four devices over a single Ethernet cable run, reducing cable clutter and installation complexity. The NETWAY4EBTX3 is suitable for demanding environments where standard PoE switches may not provide sufficient power budget.
Compatibility
This injector switch is compatible with any IEEE 802.3af/at/bt compliant devices. It is particularly well-suited for powering high-demand devices such as:
- Altronix Netway series switches and extenders
- High-megapixel IP cameras requiring PoE++ (802.3bt)
- PTZ cameras with significant power draw
- Network video recorders (NVRs) or servers requiring PoE input

Installation Notes
The NETWAY4EBTX3 requires a 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz input power source. It features a standard IEC C14 power inlet. Each of the four RJ45 ports provides up to 90W of PoE power. The unit is designed for rack mounting using the included BC300 rack mounting bracket, allowing for efficient integration into standard 19-inch racks. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating, especially when operating at maximum power output.
