Overview
The PS-MORD48120 is a 48VDC, 120-watt DIN rail-mounted power supply designed for surveillance infrastructure and industrial networking deployments. It delivers regulated 48VDC output across a wide input range (48–55VDC nominal), making it suitable for systems that require stable, hardened power in temperature-sensitive or electrically noisy environments. At 120W capacity, it handles distributed PoE delivery to mid-scale camera arrays, network switches, or industrial edge devices without requiring multiple supply units.
Compatibility
This supply works with any DIN rail-mounted industrial networking or surveillance infrastructure that requires 48VDC input — including Comnet switches, media converters, network extenders, and third-party PoE injectors or managed power distribution systems. It is also compatible with 48VDC-input industrial devices across telephony, lighting control, and access control applications. Confirm input voltage requirements with your system documentation before installation; this supply is not suitable for 24VDC-only systems.
Installation Notes
Mount directly to standard DIN rail (35mm symmetrical profile). Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit for thermal dissipation during sustained operation. Position the supply away from direct moisture spray or condensation pooling. Verify incoming power supply quality and grounding before commissioning; poor AC inlet quality or floating neutral will reduce supply reliability. The wide operating temperature range supports outdoor-rated enclosures and climate-controlled indoor installations alike.
