The Panduit UTP28SP2YL is a 2-foot Category 6 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) patch cord designed for high-speed data networks. Its compact 28 AWG stranded CM/LSZH construction simplifies deployment in dense racks and cable management systems, while the yellow color aids in visual identification. This cord supports IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ applications, ensuring sufficient power delivery for compatible network devices without separate power supplies. The integrated tangle-free latch streamlines moves, adds, and changes, reducing installation time and potential cable damage.

Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6 standards, ensuring interoperability with Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and 10GBASE-T networks over limited distances. It is compatible with T568A and T568B wiring schemes and supports various data rates including 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T, 155 Mb/s ATM, 622 Mb/s ATM, 1.2 Gb/s ATM, and Token ring 4/16.
