Overview

The Panduit UTP28X25RD is a 25-foot, Cat 6A 28 AWG UTP patch cord in red, designed to simplify installations and cable management within data centers. Its compact 0.185-inch diameter cable and tangle-free latch streamlines moves, adds, and changes, while the integrated barcode enables rapid port mapping with RapidID software. This cord supports high-speed networking requirements, including 10GBASE-T Ethernet and PoE++ applications.

Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards up to 500 MHz, ensuring compatibility with 10GBASE-T Ethernet deployments. It supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (type 3 and type 4) Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, making it suitable for powering network devices like cameras or access points. The cord is wired to be compatible with both T568A and T568B wiring schemes.
