Overview

The Panduit CJ688TGEI-24 is a Mini-Com® Cat 6 UTP RJ45 TG Jack Module designed for terminating 4-pair, 22-26 AWG twisted pair cable. This module exceeds industry standard performance requirements for reliable data transmission, supporting 10GBASE-T up to 100 meters. The TG style termination simplifies installation by eliminating the need for a dedicated termination tool. Each jack is individually serialized for traceability and comes in a convenient 24-pack, ideal for structured cabling deployments in commercial or enterprise environments.

Compatibility

This jack module is compatible with Panduit Mini-Com Modular Patch Panels and Faceplates. It is designed to meet or exceed component and channel requirements of ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6 and ISO 11801 Class E standards at swept frequencies up to 250 MHz. It is also rated for 2500 cycles with IEEE 802.3af / 802.3at and proposed 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, ensuring compatibility with modern network infrastructure.

Installation Notes

The TG style termination eliminates the need for a termination tool, simplifying field installation. Each jack is individually serialized for traceability. The module is designed for 22-26 AWG twisted pair cable. It meets ANSI/TIA-1096-A and IEC 60603-7 standards.
