Overview

The Panduit UTPSP20GRY is a 20-foot, green Cat 6 UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) patch cord designed for high-performance network connections. Constructed with 24 AWG stranded copper, this cable supports up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet over limited distances and is rated CM for flammability. Its design incorporates a tangle-free latch and a slender strain relief boot for easy handling in dense environments, simplifying moves, adds, and changes. The integrated RapidID barcode allows for quick port mapping with compatible software.

Compatibility

This patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6 and ISO 11801 Class E standards for frequencies up to 250 MHz. It is compatible with Ethernet standards including 10BASE-T, 100BASE-BASE-T (Fast Ethernet), 1000BASE-T (Gigabit Ethernet), and 10GBASE-T. It also supports ATM and Token Ring applications, as well as digital video and VoIP. Crucially, it is wired to be compatible with both T568A and T568B schemes and supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (Type 3 and Type 4) Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, making it suitable for powering high-demand devices like Wi-Fi 6 access points or pan-tilt-zoom cameras.
