The SP-SS-TRAY-BLACK is a factory-new, genuine black drive tray designed specifically for QNAP SS-Tower NAS enclosures that accept 2.5-inch drives. If a tray is damaged, missing, or you're expanding a partially populated SS-series unit, this is the direct replacement — same form factor, same locking mechanism, same black finish as the original. Ordering a non-OEM tray risks drive seating issues or airflow disruption inside the chassis.

Compatibility

This tray is compatible exclusively with the following QNAP SS-Tower NAS series:

• SS-439 — 4-bay all-flash SS-Tower NAS
• SS-839 — 8-bay all-flash SS-Tower NAS
