Overview
The Altronix VERTILINE16I is a 1U rack-mountable AC power distribution unit designed for centralized power delivery in surveillance and security systems. It provides sixteen (16) individually fuse-protected outputs, capable of delivering up to 16A total current at either 24VAC or 28VAC. This unit is ideal for powering multiple CCTV cameras, PTZ domes, IR illuminators, or other low-voltage AC devices from a single, organized rack-based power source, simplifying installation and maintenance in head-end equipment racks.
Compatibility
This power supply is designed for general-purpose AC power distribution. It is compatible with any low-voltage AC powered surveillance equipment, access control devices, or intercom systems requiring up to 16A total current and selectable 24VAC or 28VAC output. It integrates seamlessly into standard 19-inch equipment racks.
Installation Notes
The VERTILINE16I supports multiple mounting options including standard 19-inch rack mounting, wall mounting, or shelf placement. Input voltage is selectable between 115VAC 60Hz and 230VAC 50/60Hz, requiring appropriate wiring for the local power source. Each of the 16 outputs is individually fused for protection against overcurrent and short circuits, allowing for isolation of faults to a single device or circuit.
