Overview

The Middle Atlantic DWR-12-32 is a 12-rack-unit (21 in. usable height) wall-mount enclosure built for AV and security equipment deployments where a full floor rack isn't practical — IDF closets, server alcoves, and wall-mount NVR installations are the primary use cases. The DWR-12-32 provides 30 in. of usable depth, accommodating standard 1U–4U network switches, NVRs, and patch panels up to that depth without special rail adapters. UL-rated load capacity is 200 lbs (90.7 kg), which handles a fully populated mix of 1U appliances and mid-weight NVRs without structural concern. The steel enclosure carries a black wrinkle powder coat finish and is manufactured in the USA — TAA-compliant for federal and government-funded installations. Seismic rating is confirmed, making it a viable choice in California Title 24 or government seismic-zone projects. The forward rackrail design means equipment loads toward the front of the enclosure rather than the rear wall, which simplifies cabling and maintenance access on shallow wall cavities. No front door is included in this configuration — factor that into deployments where cable management aesthetics or physical security of the front panel matters.

The DWR-12-32 accepts any standard EIA 19-inch rack equipment up to 30 in. deep.
