Overview
The Panduit PanZone™ TX6A™ 10Gig Cat 6A FTP Zone Cord, model SAPLWH20M, is a 20-meter (65.6 ft) white cable assembly designed for efficient and cost-effective cabling system deployment in data centers and open office environments. It enhances network flexibility, manageability, and efficiency. The cable uses 23 AWG solid, shielded, twisted-pair, LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) construction with high-performance TX6A™ 10Gig modular plugs, ensuring reliable permanent link performance. Pre-installed RapidID barcodes facilitate simple port mapping with compatible software.
Compatibility
This zone cord assembly is built to exceed ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA channel and permanent link standards. It meets IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, ensuring compatibility with standard PoE and PoE+ network devices. The solid conductor design is intended for permanent link installations rather than frequent patching.
Installation Notes
The SAPLWH20M utilizes a solid conductor design, which is optimal for permanent link performance and should not be subjected to frequent flexing or bending beyond its specified bend radius, as this can compromise conductor integrity and performance. Its LSZH jacket makes it suitable for deployment in environments with strict fire safety regulations. The integrated RapidID barcodes are designed for use with Panduit's RapidID software for automated network documentation and port mapping.
