Overview

The Vertiv Liebert PSI5-800RT120 is an 800VA/720W line-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed for critical equipment such as servers, network devices, POS systems, and security systems. It provides pure sinewave output, ensuring clean power delivery to sensitive electronics, and features automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to correct minor voltage fluctuations without switching to battery. This 2U rack/tower convertible unit offers flexible deployment in standard server racks or as a standalone tower.

Compatibility

This UPS is designed to protect standard IT and security equipment. It features 6 x NEMA 5-15R outlets for connected devices and a NEMA 5-15P input plug for connection to standard 120VAC power sources. The input voltage range of 75-146VAC allows it to operate through a wide range of power conditions before engaging battery backup. It is suitable for use with most network switches, routers, servers, and surveillance recorders that draw less than 720W.

Installation Notes

The unit supports both 2U rack mounting and tower configurations, with included hardware for both. It has a user-configurable output voltage (100/110/115/125VAC) to match specific equipment requirements. The operating temperature range is up to 40°C, requiring adequate ventilation in rack or enclosure deployments. Battery replacement is hot-swappable, allowing for service without powering down connected equipment.
