Overview

The Vertiv ADX-4YSLV-RM1048P is a 48-port Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for high-density network environments. It provides 4x SFP+ uplink ports for high-speed connectivity and 48x 1Gbps ports for end devices. Featuring dual 1200W power supplies, this switch ensures operational continuity for critical digital infrastructure, including surveillance systems, data centers, and enterprise networks. Its rack-mountable form factor simplifies integration into standard IT racks, making it suitable for deployments requiring reliable network segmentation and high throughput.

Compatibility

This switch is designed for general network infrastructure use and is compatible with any device requiring standard Gigabit Ethernet connectivity via RJ45 or SFP+ interfaces. It is suitable for connecting IP cameras, NVRs, access control panels, and other network-enabled security devices. The SFP+ ports support high-bandwidth uplinks to core switches or routers, essential for managing large streams of video data from multiple surveillance cameras.

Installation Notes
