Overview

The Unitech 5000-900009G is a USB charging cable designed as a field-deployment spare for the MS852B 2D wireless barcode scanner. This cable connects directly to the grip-mounted charge contacts on the scanner, enabling battery refresh from any USB power source (computer, wall adapter, mobile charger) without requiring a dedicated cradle. Deploy this when your MS852B fleet is rotating through shifts, working remote sites, or needs backup charging infrastructure independent of dock-based systems.

Compatibility

Works exclusively with Unitech MS852B wireless barcode scanners and related MS852-series models equipped with charging terminals on the grip. Verify compatibility by checking the product label on the scanner body or box—the MS852B features a distinctive 2D aiming pattern and grip-mounted charge contacts. This cable is not compatible with other Unitech scanner families, non-Unitech devices, or MS852 models without integrated charging terminals. If your deployment uses the MS852-2UBB0C-SG (USB cradle) or MS852-2RBB0C-SG (RS-232 cradle), this cable serves as an independent charging option to extend battery refresh cycles across your scanner fleet without docking.
