Overview
The Altronix T3AMK7716SD is a compact power distribution module designed to simplify the installation of multiple surveillance devices. It takes a single 115VAC input and distributes it to 16 individually fused DC outputs, reducing wiring complexity and improving system reliability in rack-mounted or cabinet installations. This unit is specifically engineered for powering cameras, access control readers, or other low-voltage security peripherals.
Compatibility
This module is designed to work with a wide range of low-voltage DC powered surveillance equipment. It accepts standard 115VAC input and provides 12VDC or 24VDC outputs (selectable via PTC fuses) suitable for most IP cameras, analog cameras, and access control devices. It is compatible with systems requiring up to 16 individually protected low-voltage outputs.
Installation Notes
The T3AMK7716SD features screw terminals for power input and output connections. Each of the 16 outputs is protected by a resettable PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermal breaker, rated for 2.5A each. The module requires a 115VAC input and provides selectable 12VDC or 24VDC output. Ensure the total current draw of all connected devices does not exceed the input power supply's capacity or the individual PTC rating. The unit is designed for rack-mount installation.
