Overview

The UACC-INTERCOM-SUNSHIELD is a weather-rated sunshade built to extend the operational lifespan of UniFi AccessIntercom systems deployed outdoors. Constructed from powder-coated galvanized steel, it blocks direct UV radiation and rain splash while maintaining full device accessibility and clear sightlines to the intercom camera and speaker. Install this when your door access terminal faces south or west and you need to prevent glare wash-out on video, heat soak on the electronics, and accelerated paint degradation. Rated for institutional and commercial access control environments across -30 to 60°C operating temperature.

Direct fit accessory for UniFi AccessIntercom door systems. Mounts to standard UniFi Intercom installation frameworks without modification.
