The Altronix T3KAK3316 is a comprehensive integrated power solution designed for access control and surveillance systems. It consolidates a power supply, access control power controller, and power distribution module into a single enclosure, simplifying installation and reducing footprint. This unit is ideal for applications requiring multiple, independently controlled power outputs for devices like maglocks, electric strikes, and cameras, while also providing battery backup for critical systems. The T3KAK3316 is built for commercial environments where reliable, centralized power management is essential.
Compatibility
This unit is designed to power a wide range of access control hardware, including maglocks, electric strikes, and card readers. Its selectable 12VDC or 24VDC output and independently fused outputs allow for flexible integration with most access control systems. The AC fail and battery supervision Form "C" contacts enable integration with alarm panels or VMS systems for status monitoring.
Installation Notes
The enclosure dimensions are 36.12” x 30.12” x 7.06”. It operates within a temperature range of 0ºC to 49ºC (32ºF to 120ºF). The unit requires a 115VAC, 60Hz input and includes a 5A/250V input fuse. It supports up to two 12AH/12VDC batteries for backup, which are included within the enclosure. The eight access power controller outputs are rated for 28VAC or VDC @ 2.5A, and the four power distribution module outputs are rated for 3.5A per output max.
