The Altronix TROVE1XXM1 is a power distribution backplane designed to integrate Mercury access control modules with Altronix power solutions. It consolidates power distribution, battery backup, and module mounting into a single enclosure, simplifying installation and reducing wiring complexity for medium-density access control systems. This backplane is specifically engineered to house Mercury LP series controllers and provides a clean, organized power infrastructure.
This backplane is compatible with Mercury access control modules, including the LP1501, LP1502, LP4502, and LP8204 series controllers. It is designed to work with Altronix power supply/charger boards (sold separately) to create a complete access control power system.
The TROVE1XXM1 requires a compatible Altronix power supply and charger board. It provides 8 fused outputs for powering access control devices such as maglocks, readers, and exit devices. The integrated battery backup supports up to 24 hours of system operation during a power failure, ensuring continuous access control functionality. Proper wiring and grounding are essential for reliable operation.
