Overview

The Altronix T1M8K1 is a compact power distribution module designed to provide eight fused, individually protected outputs for low voltage surveillance equipment. Compatibility

This module is engineered for use with Altronix power supply chassis, specifically the Altronix TROVE1M1/8 series. It is intended for use with low voltage DC powered surveillance devices such as IP cameras, network switches, and access control readers that require individual output protection. It is not compatible with AC powered devices or high-voltage systems.

Installation Notes

The T1M8K1 requires a compatible Altronix TROVE1M1/8 enclosure for mounting. Each of the eight outputs features a resettable PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermal fuse rated at 1A, providing overcurrent protection. The module connects to the main power supply board within the enclosure. Ensure that the total current draw of all connected devices does not exceed the capacity of the main power supply unit and that individual device requirements do not exceed the 1A PTC rating per output. Wiring should be performed according to local electrical codes and the installation manual for the TROVE enclosure.
