Compatibility
This media converter is designed to interface with standard 1000BASE-T Ethernet ports found on most managed and unmanaged network switches, IP cameras, and other network-attached devices. It operates with 1000BASE-LX/EX single mode fiber transceivers, supporting distances up to 10km (6.2 miles) for LX or 40km (24.8 miles) for EX, depending on the fiber module used (sold separately). It is compatible with standard network infrastructure and does not require specific VMS or NVR integration beyond standard IP connectivity.

The unit supports DIN rail mounting, facilitating integration into industrial control panels or network closets. It includes an external power supply, simplifying deployment where direct PoE is not available or desired.
