Description

Middle Atlantic WH20GB306TR Tamper-Resistant Plugmold Multioutlet Strip

Overview

The Middle Atlantic WH20GB306TR is a 3-foot (36-inch) tamper-resistant multioutlet strip in white, designed for structured AV, security, and IT installations where power distribution needs to stay organized and code-compliant. The WH20GB306TR spaces receptacles at 6-inch intervals along its 36-inch run — giving you predictable outlet placement for rack-adjacent or wall-mounted equipment without the bulk of a full PDU. At 1.38 inches tall and 0.75 inches deep, it mounts flush enough to tuck behind raceway or along baseboard runs without creating obstruction. TAA compliance makes it a valid option for federal, government, and education deployments subject to trade agreement sourcing requirements.

Compatibility

This strip is part of the Middle Atlantic Plugmold multioutlet family and is dimensionally compatible with standard Legrand Wiremold surface raceway channels and cover systems. The white finish aligns with Wiremold 2000 and 2100 series raceway profiles for a unified wall-mount appearance. It is suited for powering fixed security cameras with local power supplies, access control panels, intercom stations, and other low-draw devices mounted along a corridor or perimeter wall where individual receptacles at each device location are impractical. The 6-inch receptacle spacing accommodates standard transformer plugs without blocking adjacent outlets — a practical constraint when powering multiple wall-mount devices from a single strip.

Installation Notes

Mounting depth of 0.75 inches and height of 1.38 inches require clearance planning if installing inside a raceway channel — verify the interior channel dimensions of your selected Wiremold series before ordering. The tamper-resistant receptacles meet NEC and IBC requirements for installations in public-access areas, classrooms, and lobbies where standard outlets are not code-permissible. Confirm local electrical code compliance for the circuit load across all outlets before commissioning.
