Code Blue SLNR-TVSM-1 ToolVox Server Maintenance Trial
Overview
The SLNR-TVSM-1 is a one-month maintenance trial subscription for Code Blue ToolVox server systems. This trial grants access to server health monitoring, software updates, and technical support resources — intended to evaluate ongoing maintenance requirements before committing to a full-year or multi-year service agreement. Deploy this trial in environments running Code Blue VoIP or audio paging infrastructure where you need visibility into system uptime, patch management, and support responsiveness without long-term contract lock-in.
Compatibility
The SLNR-TVSM-1 trial is compatible with Code Blue ToolVox server deployments across the following product families: LS1000 Audio Paging VoIP systems, LS2000 VoIP Handset systems, IP1500 and IP1501 VoIP Speakerphones, IP2500 and IP2501 VoIP Speakerphones, IP5000 Legacy VoIP Speakerphones, and Centry® Speakerphones. Verify your installed server model against the Code Blue product documentation before activation. Trial entitlement applies to a single server instance; multiple servers require additional trial or standard maintenance licenses.
Installation Notes
Activate the trial directly through the ToolVox server management interface using the license key provided at purchase. Internet connectivity to Code Blue license servers is required for activation and ongoing telemetry reporting. Trial activation does not interrupt production operation. At trial expiration, the server reverts to standard mode; no automatic renewal occurs unless a full maintenance license is provisioned prior to expiration. Plan migration to a standard maintenance agreement or renewal at least two weeks before trial end to avoid service gaps.
