Compatibility

The 7Z75A002NA is compatible with one or two third-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (codenamed "Ice Lake"), supporting up to 36 cores and 3.6 GHz core speeds per processor, with TDP ratings up to 250W. It supports up to 4TB of system memory using 32x 128GB 3DS RDIMMs or up to 5TB with a combination of RDIMMs and Intel Optane Persistent Memory 200 Series modules. The chipset is the Intel C621A "Lewisburg".

Installation Notes

The server supports up to 8 single-wide GPUs or 4 double-wide GPUs, and features two onboard 10GBASE-T Ethernet RJ45 ports for high-speed data transfer. A dedicated Gigabit port is included for remote management via the XClarity Controller (XCC). Cooling is managed by N+1 redundant hot-swap fans, with additional fans integrated into the power supplies.
