It addresses the need for high-performance processing and significant memory capacity within a flexible chassis that can operate either as a tower or be integrated into a standard rack environment. Compatibility

The 7Z75A002NA is compatible with one or two third-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (codenamed "Ice Lake"), supporting up to 36 cores and 3.6 GHz core speeds per processor, with TDP ratings up to 250W. It supports up to 4TB of system memory using 32x 128GB 3DS RDIMMs or up to 5TB with a combination of RDIMMs and Intel Optane Persistent Memory 200 Series modules. The chipset is the Intel C621A "Lewisburg".

Installation Notes
