ACTi LCMMS3000 Enterprise Media Management Service
Overview
The LCMMS3000 is a monthly subscription service for enterprise-tier media management within the ACTi Video Management Software ecosystem. This license tier adds advanced organizational and security features beyond the standard plan, priced per monitor per month for deployments of 1–99 monitors. Once your monitored device count exceeds 99, the pricing tier automatically reduces. The service is billed on the last day of each calendar month, with no fixed end date unless you cancel.
Compatibility
The LCMMS3000 is exclusively compatible with ACTi Video Management Software deployments. It applies to any monitor count between 1 and 99 devices; larger fleets automatically qualify for volume pricing. This service supplements the standard VMS plan and is not a standalone product — you must have an active ACTi VMS environment to deploy it.
Feature Set
Enterprise tier includes nested playlists for hierarchical evidence organization, device groups for logical camera clustering, tag-based playlist creation for flexible search and retrieval, and custom roles with granular permissions for multi-user access control. Two-factor authentication (2FA) hardens account security for sensitive installations. Built-in reporting tools provide audit trails and operational intelligence that standard plans do not offer.
Billing and Deployment
Monthly billing cycles end on the last day of each month. Monitor count is assessed on that final day, determining your tier for the following month. The service runs on a continuous basis with no predetermined expiration — you control the duration. If your deployment grows from 50 to 100+ monitors, the system automatically applies the lower per-monitor rate applicable to that higher tier at the next billing cycle.
