Overview

The International Connectors and Cable ICHA444012-1FB is a 12-foot, flat black telephone handset cord designed for reliable connectivity in analog telephone systems. This cord provides the necessary length for comfortable use at a desk or workstation, ensuring that users can move freely while on a call. Its flat design helps prevent tangling, simplifying installation and management in busy office environments or call centers. The ICHA444012-1FB is a direct replacement for worn or damaged handset cords, maintaining audio clarity and connection integrity.

Compatibility

This handset cord utilizes standard RJ9 connectors on both ends, making it compatible with the vast majority of analog desk phones and telephone systems that use this connector type. This includes many models from major manufacturers such as Cisco, Avaya, Poly, Yealink, Grandstream, and other brands employing standard handset interfaces. It is suitable for use with IP phones that feature an analog handset port for traditional voice communication.

Installation Notes

Installation involves simply unplugging the old cord from both the handset and the base unit of the telephone and plugging in the new ICHA444012-1FB cord. Ensure the connectors are fully seated to guarantee a stable connection. The 12-foot length offers flexibility in desk placement, allowing the phone base to be positioned up to 12 feet away from the handset without stretching the cord.
