The System Sensor SPSCWHK is a wall-mounted speaker strobe combining audible and visual notification in a single fixture. Designed for fire alarm and emergency notification system integration in commercial and institutional spaces, it delivers synchronized alert signaling from corridors, lobbies, and common areas. The SPSCWHK operates on automatic dual-voltage detection (12VDC or 24VDC) — meaning the device self-configures without manual jumpers, cutting installation time and reducing wiring errors on mixed-voltage systems.
Compatibility
Compatible with SpectrAlert Advance fire alarm control panels and networked emergency notification systems that support wall-mount audible-visual devices. The universal mounting plate design allows retrofit or new-construction integration with existing fire alarm infrastructure. Verify your control panel supports the candela and dBA output levels before ordering — candela settings are field-selectable between 15, 15/75, 30, 75, 95, 110, 115, 135, 150, 177, and 185 candela to match coverage area and code requirements.

Horn rated at 88+ dBA at 16 volts in UL reverberant room conditions — important for verifying audible coverage in large open spaces or areas with ambient noise. Features a rotary switch for horn tone selection and three volume choices, allowing field adjustment without device replacement. The universal mounting plate includes an onboard shorting spring that checks wiring continuity before device installation — eliminates costly ground-fault callbacks.
