CyberPower PDU41101 Switched PDU
Overview
The CyberPower PDU41101 is a 0U rackmount switched power distribution unit designed for enterprise environments. It provides 24 NEMA 5-20R outlets with individual and collective outlet management capabilities via its network interface or onboard LCD. This unit is suitable for managing power to sensitive IT equipment in server racks, network closets, or other controlled environments, offering remote control and monitoring to enhance operational efficiency and uptime. The PDU41101 supports a 20A input current, derated to 16A for continuous operation, and features a NEMA L5-20P twist-lock input plug with an included NEMA 5-20P adapter for broader compatibility.
Compatibility
This PDU is designed for standard 120V IT infrastructure. It is compatible with any standard server rack or cabinet. The 0U form factor allows for vertical mounting in racks, maximizing space utilization. It can also be mounted horizontally or on a wall, offering flexibility for various deployment scenarios including under-counter installations. The NEMA 5-20R outlets are standard for many IT devices, and the included NEMA 5-20P adapter ensures it can connect to common L5-20P or standard 5-20P power circuits.
Installation Notes
The PDU41101 supports multiple mounting configurations: 0U vertical/under counter/wall; 1U horizontal/vertical/under counter/wall; and 2U horizontal/wall. It operates within a temperature range of 32-140°F (0-60°C) and humidity from 0-95% non-condensing. The 10 ft power cord provides ample reach for most rack installations. Network connectivity is via an RJ45 Ethernet port for remote management. Ensure the input circuit breaker is rated for 20A to support the PDU's maximum capacity, or 16A for continuous load.
