Description

Middle Atlantic V2417M 2400 Series Internal Elbow Fitting

Overview

The Middle Atlantic V2417M is a steel internal elbow fitting designed for the Middle Atlantic 2400-series raceway and cord cover systems. It solves the common installation problem of routing cables through 90-degree direction changes inside a raceway run — keeping conductors fully enclosed and protected at the bend rather than exposed at an open corner. The V2417M ships in an ivory finish matched to the 2400-series profile, so color continuity is maintained across the full raceway assembly. TAA-compliant, making it eligible for federal, state, and cooperative contract deployments where country-of-origin requirements apply.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for the Middle Atlantic 2400-series steel raceway system. Verify your installed raceway series before ordering — Middle Atlantic produces multiple raceway widths and profiles, and elbow fittings are not interchangeable across series. This fitting is the internal elbow variant, suited for inside-corner transitions; if your run requires an outside-corner turn, a separate external elbow fitting is required. Confirm the ivory color matches your existing 2400-series raceway components if aesthetic consistency is a project requirement — the same fitting is available in other finishes for different environments.

Installation Notes

Install as part of a continuous 2400-series cable management run. The internal elbow seats within the raceway channel at the direction change; no field cutting is required at the fitting itself. Secure adjacent raceway sections per the standard 2400-series mounting sequence before fitting the elbow — the fitting is the last piece placed at the corner, not the anchor point. For structured cabling runs subject to minimum bend radius requirements (Cat6A, fiber), verify the elbow's interior bend radius accommodates the cable spec before pulling.
