STI KIT-10-FR Replacement Glass for STI-4100-FR

Overview

The KIT-10-FR is a replacement polycarbonate glass component for the STI-4100-FR emergency call point system. This accessory restores protection to weathered or damaged covers on existing installations, extending device lifespan in facilities where call points are exposed to harsh outdoor or high-traffic indoor environments. Install this when the protective cover shows cracks, cloudiness, or impact damage that compromises tamper-proofing or visibility.

Compatibility

Direct fit for STI-4100-FR call point hardware. Integrates with 9VDC wired access control systems using RS-232 communication. Suitable for multi-door facility deployments relying on the STI-4100-FR platform.

Installation Notes

Mounting uses four fixing holes secured with provided wall fasteners. Position the replacement glass frame centrally over the call point device and mark the four hole positions. Drill using a 7mm masonry bit, then secure with the supplied fixings. For surface-mounted installations, use the included spacer inserts to blank off unused cable entry holes. Install the weather gasket to maintain environmental sealing before securing the frame.
