The APC by Schneider Electric SRT2200RMXLAUS is a 2.2 kVA / 1800 W double-conversion (online) rack-mountable Uninterruptible Power Supply. It provides clean, regulated sine wave power, essential for sensitive electronics like surveillance NVRs, servers, and network switches. Its double-conversion topology isolates connected equipment from all incoming power disturbances, ensuring continuous operation and protecting against data loss or equipment damage. This unit is designed for standard 19-inch rack installations, making it suitable for IT closets and data centers.

The unit supports a single 306 Ah Sealed Lead Acid (VRLA) battery pack for extended runtime (battery not included). It offers serial (RJ-45) and USB communication ports for monitoring and management, along with a SmartSlot for optional network management cards, allowing integration with network monitoring systems and VMS platforms for critical event notifications and graceful shutdown sequences.

Installation Notes

The unit requires a NEMA 5-20R input plug, demanding a 20A circuit. It operates on 120V AC input power and accepts a frequency range of 40/70 Hz, automatically adjusting output to 50/60 Hz. The 340 Joule surge energy rating protects against transient voltage spikes. Audible alarms are present to indicate power status and potential issues.
