Description

Panduit FY9TL55A005M030 SM 12F LSZH MPO-F TO MPO-F PO

Overview

The Panduit FY9TL55A005M030 is a 12-fiber, single-mode, LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) MPO-Female to MPO-Female fiber optic patch cable. It is designed for high-density data center and enterprise backbone applications where reliable, high-speed data transmission is critical. This cable facilitates connections between MPO-based equipment and patch panels, ensuring a clean and organized cabling infrastructure for surveillance systems or other network deployments.

Compatibility

This cable is engineered for use with Panduit's MPO fiber optic connectivity systems, including their High-Density Fiber Optic enclosures and patch panels. It is compatible with standard MPO-F connectors found on network switches, transceivers, and other active equipment requiring 12-fiber connections. Ensure your equipment utilizes MPO-F (female) connectors for proper mating. It is suitable for use with various network devices, including IP cameras, NVRs, and network switches that employ MPO interfaces.

Installation Notes

The LSZH jacket material minimizes toxic fumes and smoke in the event of a fire, making it suitable for plenum spaces and environments with strict safety regulations. Maintain a minimum bend radius of 10 times the cable diameter (approximately 1.5 inches or 38mm) during installation to prevent signal degradation. Avoid twisting or kinking the cable. The MPO connectors are keyed; ensure proper alignment before insertion to prevent damage to the fiber ferrules.
