Overview

The Panduit XG-DRSH842W is a single-hinged, perforated door designed specifically for 800mm wide, 42RU FlexFusion™ cabinets. This door provides essential physical security and environmental protection for sensitive rack-mounted equipment, such as network switches, servers, and surveillance NVRs, in environments where airflow is critical. The 80% open perforation pattern ensures substantial ventilation, preventing thermal issues in densely populated racks.

Compatibility

This door is engineered exclusively for use with Panduit's 800mm wide, 42RU FlexFusion™ cabinet system. It is not compatible with other cabinet brands or different dimensions within the Panduit line. The door includes a standard mechanical key lock and is prepped to accept optional security upgrades including a 3-digit combination lock, a Smart Rack Security Handle, or an HID reader with a humidity sensor, offering flexible security provisioning.

Installation Notes

Installation involves mounting the door to the existing FlexFusion™ cabinet frame. The door can be configured for left or right-hand swing depending on your rack layout and access requirements. Ensure the cabinet is properly grounded and the door is securely attached to maintain structural integrity and environmental sealing.
