Overview

The Hubbell HLQ2432 QuadCab is a light-duty, 12 rack unit (RU) wall mount cabinet designed to house networking, security, or AV equipment in environments where floor space is limited or direct rack mounting is not feasible. Its 32-inch depth accommodates deeper components, while the window door allows for visual inspection of equipment status without opening the enclosure. This cabinet is suitable for wall-mounting in IDF closets, small server rooms, or secure retail back offices.

Compatibility

This 12 RU cabinet is designed to accept standard 19-inch rack-mountable equipment. It is compatible with a wide range of network switches, NVRs, patch panels, and other IT or security hardware that adheres to EIA-310 rack mounting standards. The 32-inch depth is particularly useful for housing deeper servers or AV matrix switchers.

Installation Notes

The HLQ2432 requires secure wall mounting using appropriate anchors and hardware (not included) rated for the cabinet's maximum load capacity. Ensure the mounting surface can support the weight of the cabinet plus its fully loaded equipment. The window door is reversible for left or right-hand opening. Cable entry points are provided for managing inbound and outbound cabling.
