Finished in a durable black e-coat, these rails use the 10-32 tapped hole pattern — the standard threading for the vast majority of commercial rack-mount equipment including NVRs, patch panels, and 1U/2U appliances. At 0.68 in. wide and 1.53 in. deep, the RRF6 slots into standard EIA-310 rack channels without protruding into cable management lanes. The e-coat finish bonds electrochemically to the steel rather than spraying on over bare metal, which means the surface holds up under repeated screw cycling without flaking at contact points — a real-world concern in racks that get reconfigured seasonally.
