Overview

The AUO22PT1G2CHG is a 2' x 2' acoustic ceiling tile from Middle Atlantic's ORI system, designed to integrate into standard 9/16" layin suspension grids in conference rooms, command centers, and AV equipment rooms where acoustic performance and finished aesthetics matter. Constructed from PET Felt (100% polyester), it delivers sound absorption in spaces that would otherwise suffer from reverberation — a real factor in rooms that combine hard rack surfaces with open ceilings. The Plateau 1 profile keeps the tile face nearly flush with the grid, which preserves ceiling clearance for above-tile cable management and avoids the visual bulk of deeper-profile tiles. At 2 in height, it fits within tight plenum constraints common in retrofit deployments. Color is Charcoal Gray, consistent with Middle Atlantic's broader Middle Atlantic rack and enclosure line and suited to darker-finish AV environments where white tile would stand out against equipment.

Compatibility

Installation Notes
