Description

Panduit FWUYL7575LNM035 OM5 24F Trunk Cable Assembly

Overview

The Panduit FWUYL7575LNM035 is a 35-meter (114.83 ft) OM5, 24-fiber trunk cable assembly designed for high-density data center applications. Its small diameter, a hallmark of the Panduit QuickNet™ system, utilizes 30-40% less space than traditional cables, facilitating quicker infrastructure deployment and improved airflow. This assembly features Pan MPO Female connectors on both ends, supporting Method B termination for ultra-low insertion loss, critical for maintaining signal integrity in demanding network environments.

Compatibility

This trunk cable is engineered for use within the Panduit QuickNet™ fiber optic system. It is compatible with Panduit HD Flex transition modules and other components requiring Pan MPO Female connectors. The OM5 fiber type supports WDM applications, making it suitable for modern data center interconnects and high-speed Ethernet up to 400GbE, provided the connected equipment supports these standards.

Installation Notes

The low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket meets flammability standards, making it suitable for installations where plenum-rated cables are not required but safety is paramount. The 35-meter length offers significant reach for inter-rack or row connectivity. Ensure proper connector handling to maintain the ultra-low insertion loss specification.
