Description

Panduit FWUYL7575KNM020 OM5 24-Fiber Trunk Cable Assembly

Overview

The Panduit FWUYL7575KNM020 is a 24-fiber OM5 trunk cable assembly designed for high-density data center deployments. Its Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket and small diameter construction, utilizing 30-40% less space than standard cables, directly address the need for efficient cable management in space-constrained environments. This assembly facilitates quick infrastructure deployment with extended reach capabilities.

Compatibility

This trunk cable assembly is designed for use with systems supporting OM5 fiber optic infrastructure. It features PanMPO Female connectors on both ends, suitable for integration into Panduit's QuickNet™ system architecture and other compatible MPO-based fiber optic networks. Specific compatibility extends to HD Flex Transition applications and Method A ultra-low insertion loss configurations.

Installation Notes

The cable has an overall length of 20 meters (65.62 ft). It is constructed with a lime-colored jacket, indicating OM5 fiber type. The 50-micron fiber diameter and LSZH flammability rating are critical for meeting specific data center environmental and safety standards. This assembly meets or exceeds ISO/IEC 11801, TIA/EIA-568-C.3, TIA-604-5 (FOCIS-5), TIA/EIA-568-C.1, and IED 60793-2-10 type A1a.3 standards.
