Description

Panduit FWTYL7575KAM096 OM5 Trunk Cable Assembly

Overview

The Panduit FWTYL7575KAM096 is a QuickNet™ OM5 fiber optic trunk cable assembly designed for high-density data center applications. Its small diameter (50-micron fiber) and Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) construction contribute to a 30-40% space saving, enabling quicker infrastructure deployment and extended reach in demanding environments. This 12-fiber assembly features PanMPO Female connectors on both ends and includes a pulling eye for easier installation.

Compatibility

This trunk cable assembly is designed for use within Panduit's QuickNet™ fiber optic systems. It is compatible with infrastructure requiring OM5 fiber specifications and LSZH cable ratings. The PanMPO Female connectors ensure direct integration with compatible Panduit patch panels and equipment designed for high-density connectivity. It meets or exceeds ISO/IEC 11801, TIA/EIA-568-C.3, and TIA-492-AAAD standards for OM5 fiber performance.

Installation Notes

The assembly includes a pulling eye on one end to facilitate routing through conduits and cable management systems, minimizing stress on the fiber. Its LSZH rating is critical for installations where fire safety regulations mandate reduced smoke and halogen emissions. The 96-meter (314.96 ft) length provides flexibility for extended runs within data center racks and rows.
