It ships factory-terminated with LC duplex uniboot connectors on both ends — a configuration that cuts pathway fill in half compared to standard dual-boot duplex assemblies, which matters when you're routing dozens of cables through shared trays and conduits. OM5 50/125µm wideband multimode fiber supports shortwave wavelength division multiplexing (SWDM), extending viable reach for 40G and 100G links beyond what OM4 can deliver over a single fiber pair.
