Its 20-meter (65.6 ft) length and Uniboot connectors with LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) rating make it suitable for installations requiring reduced cable clutter and enhanced safety. This patch cord is engineered for use with LC Duplex Uniboot UPC ports. It is compatible with any network switch, server, or fiber optic patch panel equipped with standard LC Duplex connectors. The OM5 fiber type supports high-bandwidth applications, including 40/100 GbE Ethernet, and is backward compatible with OM3 and OM4 infrastructure.
The Uniboot design allows for polarity reversal without needing to re-terminate the connector, simplifying installation and management.
