Overview
The Panduit FZ2RLU1ZNONM3.5 is a factory-terminated OM4 multimode fiber optic patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in demanding network environments. Its uniboot design simplifies installation by consolidating two fibers into a single cable jacket with a single connector, reducing cable clutter and management complexity. This cable is specifically engineered for rapid deployment in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and equipment distribution areas where efficient, reliable fiber infrastructure is critical.
Compatibility
This cable utilizes LC duplex connectors, making it compatible with standard LC ports found on network switches, servers, transceivers (SFP, SFP+, QSFP+), and other network equipment supporting OM4 fiber. It is suitable for use with Panduit's QuickNet™ fiber connectivity systems and other infrastructure requiring TIA-568.3-D, ISO/IEC 11801, and ANSI/TIA-942-B compliant fiber optic cabling.
Installation Notes
The uniboot design features a push-pull tab for easy insertion and removal from ports. The cable jacket is constructed with Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) material, reducing toxic smoke and corrosive gas emissions in case of fire, which is a requirement in many data center and public space installations.
