Description

Panduit FX2ELQ1SNSNM012 Fiber Optic Cable

Overview

The Panduit FX2ELQ1SNSNM012 is a 12-meter (39.4 ft) OM3 multimode fiber optic patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in demanding environments. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket makes it suitable for installations where fire safety is paramount, such as data centers, telecommunications rooms, and entrance facilities. This pre-terminated cable with PushPull LC Duplex connectors enables rapid deployment, minimizing installation time and complexity for critical network infrastructure.

Compatibility

This cable is designed for use with network equipment featuring LC Duplex fiber optic ports. It is compliant with TIA-568.3-D, ISO/IEC 11801, and ANSI/TIA-942-B standards, ensuring broad compatibility with compliant networking hardware and infrastructure components. The OM3 fiber type supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300 meters and 40/100 Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 meters, making it suitable for high-bandwidth applications within racks and across rows.

Installation Notes

The PushPull LC Duplex connectors offer a secure, snap-in connection that can be easily engaged and disengaged with a simple push or pull action, eliminating the need for specialized tools. The 1.6mm cable diameter with LSZH jacketing provides a balance of durability and flexibility for dense installations. Ensure connectors are clean before mating to maintain optimal signal integrity. The 12-meter length is ideal for standard rack-to-rack or equipment-to-patch-panel runs in enterprise data centers and telecom closets.
