Overview

The Middle Atlantic PN05F19FW is a non-metallic, radiused outside elbow fitting for the Eclipse PN05 raceway system, finished in fog white. This fitting handles direction changes at outside corners — the scenario where a cable run meets an external wall transition or building corner and needs a clean, low-stress bend rather than a sharp angle. The PN05F19FW keeps fiber and low-voltage cabling inside the proper bend radius at outside turns, preventing signal degradation or physical damage from kinked runs. TAA compliance makes it a straightforward specification for federal, state, and GSA-eligible installations without triggering a sourcing exception.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for the Middle Atlantic Eclipse PN05 non-metallic raceway series. Pairs with PN05 straight sections, inside elbows, flat elbows, tees, and end fittings to build out complete cable management runs. Because raceway fittings are dimension-matched to their base channel, this fitting is not interchangeable with other PN-series widths (PN10, PN20, etc.) — confirm you are specifying the PN05 channel width before ordering. Fog white finish matches standard PN05 straight sections for a consistent appearance in finished commercial spaces such as corridors, classrooms, and server rooms where surface-mount raceway is exposed.

Installation Notes

Mount at outside corners where the raceway run changes direction along an exterior wall angle. The radiused elbow geometry is designed to maintain minimum bend radius for fiber optic cable — do not substitute a standard sharp-turn elbow on fiber runs. No special tooling required beyond standard raceway installation hardware. Fog white color is a factory finish; field painting is not recommended as it may obscure fitting alignment tabs and clip engagement points.
