Code Blue SLNI-MCMON-12 Nebula Managed Cloud Initial Service
Overview
The SLNI-MCMON-12 is Code Blue's Nebula Managed Cloud initial service activation—the entry-point subscription for deploying Code Blue emergency communication towers and speakerphone systems under cloud-based monitoring and remote management. This is not a hardware accessory; it is a service provisioning SKU that enables monitoring, alerting, and operational oversight of your Code Blue infrastructure through the Nebula cloud platform. Use this when you are commissioning a new Code Blue installation and need immediate access to centralized device management, system health reporting, and remote diagnostics without requiring on-premises infrastructure.
Compatibility
The Nebula Managed Cloud service supports the full Code Blue portfolio of towers and speakerphone enclosures, including CB1, CB2, CB4, CB5, CB6, CB9, and CBRT Series towers; LS1000 and LS2000 VoIP audio systems; IP1500, IP1501, IP2500, and IP2501 VoIP speakerphones; and legacy IP5000 systems. The service also integrates with Code Blue's Centry® speakerphones and IA4100 analog faceplate systems. Exact device eligibility and feature availability depend on hardware firmware version and service tier; verify device compatibility with your Code Blue account representative during provisioning.
Installation Notes
SLNI-MCMON-12 is a service activation SKU—there is no physical hardware to install. Provisioning requires valid Code Blue device serial numbers, network connectivity from your devices to the Nebula cloud platform (HTTPS outbound), and an authorized account. Devices must support cloud communication protocols; older legacy units may require firmware updates. Coordinate activation timing with your commissioning schedule to ensure seamless handoff from installation to operational monitoring.
