Description

Lifesafety Power FPO75-B100C4PE2M 75W Power Supply Board

Overview

The FPO75-B100C4PE2M is a secondary power supply designed to support door access control, lock interfaces, and low-power IP endpoints in hardened security installations. It delivers 75W total capacity across a primary 12VDC/24VDC output (6A @ 12V or 3A @ 24V) plus a secondary 5–18V adjustable rail (4A max), allowing flexible voltage provisioning for mixed legacy and modern hardware. The four class-2 power-limited relay outputs (2.5A per output) handle electric strike, mag lock, and auxiliary device switching without requiring separate relay modules.

Compatibility

Built for Mercury and Lenel access control ecosystems (via integrated backplate). Suitable for hybrid environments combining hardwired door controllers with IP cameras and networked readers that draw modest secondary power. Does not replace a primary PoE switch but complements it by isolating access logic power and providing fail-safe relay switching independent of network state.

Physical & Installation Context

Enclosure rated Size 18 (16″W × 20″H × 4.5″D) — compact enough for retrofit into standard electrical cabinets or wall-mount DIN rail panels. Class-2 power-limited outputs prevent fire hazard in plenum or wet environments where traditional 24VAC relays would require additional isolation. Four relay channels eliminate wiring harnesses when controlling multiple strikes or solenoids from a single board.

Electrical Specifications

  • Primary Output: 12VDC @ 6A or 24VDC @ 3A — choose voltage at installation to match reader and controller requirements.
  • Secondary Output: 5–18V adjustable, 4A max — supports auxiliary sensors, LED indicators, or low-current IP devices.
  • Relay Outputs: Four class-2 limited channels, 2.5A per relay — sufficient for single electric strike or two-strike parallel control without relay stacking.
