Overview

The FPO75/150-C8P2D8PE4M1 is a configurable power supply board available in 75W or 150W output capacity, designed to consolidate DC distribution and relay control for door locks, mag locks, and auxiliary devices in access control installations. This board solves the infrastructure problem of managing multiple low-voltage powered endpoints — power supplies of this type integrate power distribution with supervised relay switching in a single compact enclosure, reducing panel clutter and wiring complexity. Install it in electrical rooms, equipment cabinets, or mounted directly beside Mercury/Lenel control systems.

Compatibility

Integrates with Mercury Security and Lenel OnGuard access control systems via dedicated backplate mounting. The board supports door locks and electromechanical solenoids rated for the relay output specifications. Compatible with standard 12VDC and 24VDC powered endpoints including electrified strikes, mag locks, and exit devices that draw 2.5A or less per output.

Power and Output Specifications

Choose between two board capacities: the 75W version delivers 6A at 12VDC or 3A at 24VDC; the 150W version doubles this to 12A at 12VDC or 6A at 24VDC — capacity selection depends on your total lock and auxiliary load. The board features 8 relay lock control outputs (2.5A per output, class 2 power-limited) for direct door control, and 16 auxiliary DC outputs (2.5A per output, same current limit) for status sensors, request-to-exit buttons, or future expansion. This segregation prevents control relays from competing with sensor power, stabilizing voltage to critical loads.

Installation Notes

Enclosure dimensions are 20W × 24H × 4.5D inches. Door mount or backplate installation options accommodate both surface and recessed mounting.
