The FPO150/250-E2 is compatible with Lifesafety Power access control ecosystems, IP camera installations drawing under 150W at base load, and mixed 12V/24V sensor and solenoid networks. It integrates with standard DIN-rail mounting in control rooms and MDF closets. The expandable architecture supports addition of matched Lifesafety Power module cards, allowing scaling from 150W to 250W without equipment replacement — a cost-effective approach for phased system growth.

Installation Notes

Mount the E2 enclosure on DIN rail in a climate-controlled cabinet or wiring closet. Voltage selection (12V or 24V operation) is configured at installation — not field-switchable — so confirm load requirements before commissioning. Total wattage capacity accounts for inrush current on solenoids and relay coils; do not exceed rated amperage for the selected voltage. Ensure adequate ventilation around the enclosure if ambient temperature approaches 40°C, as sustained high load will reduce component life.
